“I am disabled and my a/c went out at night, I googled to find an a/c company and saw 24 Hr. Air Service Air Conditioning and I called the phone number and got a live person who told me they can get a technician out within an hour. Well to my surprise the technician came out in about 25 minutes. It was about 89 degrees in my house and I could not breathe, I was so happy they came out so fast. The first thing he did was introduce himself, advise me of the service charge, I signed off on it and he went straight to the unit. I guess he diagnosed it and found a bad capacitor and told me the price before repairing my unit and I gave him the go ahead. The price did not matter to me; all I wanted is to get the unit working. In about an hour my unit started blowing out cold air.
The technician came inside and made sure the a/c is blowing cold air. Thanks goodness 24 Hr. Air Service save my life. The technician was very professional and even showed me that I need to change my filter and gave me the correct sizing which no other technician has ever mentioned when they last check my unit. So many times I google a/c company and saw so many bad reviews, but this time I just have to praise this company for coming out to my house at night and came so fast.
